Morna and psychologist Charlotte Hill from Worklifedesign organise workshops and seminars for companies who are interested in increasing productivity. This is achieved by decreasing the number of sick days and also an improvement in the well being of staff.

- One to one taster sessions in nutrition and/or coaching
- Workshops can be 45mins lunchtime sessions, half-day sessions through to full day sessions
